The Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program State Annual Performance Reports

The State Annual Performance Report (APR) must be submitted annually by February 1st of each year. Federal requirements specify that the State shall report annually to the Department of Education (DOE) Secretary and the public on the performance of the State under the State’s performance plan (SPP). In addition to reporting on the overall state performance each year, the Birth to 3 program is also required to report annually on the performance of each individual county Birth to 3 Program based on the federal indicators described in the State Annual Performance Report.

This online site was developed with the collaborative efforts of the North Central Regional Resource Center (NCRRC), one of six regional resource centers funded by the U.S. DOE Office of Special Education Programs, and the Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program to provide visitors an inter-active view of the FFY 2007 APR data. Visitors can use the inter-active charts to view and compare the county data reported in the Wisconsin's Annual Performance Report. To view the APR data for FFY 2006, click here.
